PROJECT MANAGER HVAC

An expanding well established FM company are looking for a Project Manager who has at least 5 years experience successfully delivering a broad scope of HVAC projects across various clients.

To be considered for this role you must have comprehensive experience of all aspects associated to Project Management and delivery of a broad package of HVAC projects of upto £2M.

Duties

• Estimate HVAC work.
• Lead and foster a positive working environment.
• Understand and communicate mechanical concepts.
• Provide expert technical advice
• Create and issue all required H&S documentation
• Negotiate all material and labour orders in line with and ahead of expected margins, working closely with the procurement manager
• Having full awareness in respect of the Profit and Loss position of the project
• Track and forecast all labour, project management hours and material expenditure in line with the estimate.
• Attend all site meetings, including preparation of reports
